I ran 7 miles this morning with the Hamilton Area Trail Runs (HATR) Group at Clayton Park. Nate led the group today and you never know what to expect he is at the helm. Today the mantra was long and slow–except for the 3 hill sprints that we did. The hill sprints wore me out. The temperature was almost 70. My favorite part of the run–aside from the end–was seeing a Red Fox cross the pass ahead of us. I stopped to look for it and snap a photo, but apparently it had places to go and other foxes to see.
